The Kitchen is defined as a Prep Kitchen. It is intended for catering, rather than cooking. The Kitchen is equipped with a sink, an ice maker, two refrigerators, one freezer, a large preparation table, work tables, storage racks, and warmers. Each Club in Trilogy, who expects to use the Kitchen, is encouraged to assure that at least one club member acquire a Food Handlers Certificate.

Sink: The sink drains onto the floor. NEVER PUT SOLID MATERIAL DOWN THE DRAIN OR THE DRAIN WILL CLOG.

Ice Maker: The County of Riverside requires that the ice in the ice machine be used only by those trained in healthy and appropriate methods of accessing the ice. The County dictates that our ice machine be kept locked and accessed only by those who have been issued Food Handlers Certificates.

Two Refrigerators and One Freezer: Half of one refrigerator is used by the Staff. Residents may use the refrigerators and freezer for activities, club events, committee events, HOA events, and for guests only if facility reservations have been made in advance.

Large Preparation Table: Anyone who uses the kitchen is expected to leave it clean for the next user.

Storage Racks are kept locked. Request for storage space should only be to accommodate that day’s event.

Warmers: For instructions on use of the warmers, please contact the Association Activities Manager.

The Outdoor Barbeque Grill is considered limited use equipment. Because the Barbeque is so large and expensive, it is not for use by small groups. Use is limited to Clubs, Committees, HOA events and larger groups of Trilogy residents. It is not available for Private groups. Any person or group using the barbecue grills is responsible for cleaning the grill and surrounding area after use. Failure to adequately clean the area may result in the Association cleaning the area and charging the person under whose name the reservation was made.
