PCL - Mail Room
Hours: 24 hours each day
Phone: 277-7052
Here at Trilogy our mail is delivered indoors to our mail room where it is kept dry, safe and secure until residents come to pick it up at their leisure.
The mail may be accessed from the Foyer of the Lodge during the hours the Lodge is open, 8am to 10pm. The mailroom may also be accessed through the rear door of the mailroom 24 hours a day, with the exception of during the time the mail is being delivered by the U.S. Postal carriers. The mail room can be closed for delivery anytime between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm.
When mail is being delivered by the U.S. Postal Service, the doors to the mail room are locked. The carriers access our boxes from the front of the box, therefore privacy issues require that no residents be in the room while they do their work. There are two ways to know if the mailroom is locked or open, 1) phone the desk at the Lodge at 277-7052, or 2) look on this website.
Rear Mailroom Door: To open the rear mailroom door, swipe your proximity card over the scanner and stand back. Do not pull on the door. It will open automatically to let you in, then automatically close. Pulling on the door breaks the opening mechanism. Residents also own keys with which to open this door. If you have lost your key to the back door, replacement keys can only be obtained from the Post Office or a locksmith. If the door is malfunctioning, contact the Front Desk at 277-7052.
Outgoing Mail: The postal carriers will pick up outgoing mail from several receptacles in the mailroom for outgoing mail.
There is a form available at the Post Offices for residents with medical needs, who wish to request their mail be delivered directly to their homes, instead of to the Mail Room.
