The Trilogy Amphitheater is an open-air venue, available for use year round, weather permitting. The amphitheater features grass seating with a large concrete stage area perfect for concerts, neighborhood gatherings and private parties. Residents may bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating on the grass.
An Amphitheater Reservation Application is available at the Pacific Crest Lodge. If food and drink will be included in the event, a security deposit must accompany the reservation application. This deposit is required to ensure proper clean up, and the costs of any damages. Deposits will be refunded in full if proper clean up is completed and no damage occurs. No glass containers are permitted in the Amphitheater area.
Use of electricity is limited and must be preapproved. The lights are manually controlled at stage area. The lights on the walkway entrance turn off automatically at 11pm. Bands with amplification systems must end at 11:00 p.m. Music must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, so as not to disturb the neighboring residents.
Please assure that Security Guard requirements are met.
Please arrange with the Association Activity Manager to have the sprinkler timers suspended. She will make arrangements with the Association Maintenance Supervisor; or feel free to confirm with the Maintance Supervisor directly, prior to an event.
