The Lower Parking Lot

Although it might not seem like it, there are 53 parking spaces in the lower parking lot ! !

There are restricted parking spots in the lower parking lot. Please be a good community member and follow the parking lot signs.

Please do not park ANY vehicle in the emergency areas of the parking lot!

Please do not park in the 5 minute mail spaces for more than 5 minutes.

Please do not park in the Post Office spaces during the hours of 10am to 4pm.

Please park golf carts in spaces reserved only for golf carts or in the grassy area next to the Blue Water Sports Club marked for golf cart parking. Golf carts are not to be parked in other spaces.

Please do not park cars in the golf cart spaces.

Please do not park in the handicapped spaces without the proper handicapped ID.

RVs are not allowed to park in any parking lots in the community.

Cars, trucks, golf carts or other vehicles may not be parked in the parking lot for extended periods of time with the intent to sell or to advertise anything �For Sale.�
