

PCL - Ballroom
Location: Pacific Crest Lodge
Hours: 8am - 10pm
The Ballroom seats 150 people when set up with tables and chairs. The Ballroom seats 200 people set up as a theater.
It serves as a multi-purpose room for Trilogy residents and their guests. Currently it is being used for events, parties, dancing, ping pong and meetings. It is used by the HOA, Clubs, Committees and residents. The Ballroom may be reserved in sections as follows:
Tenaja Room encompasses one half of the carpeted portion of the Ballroom (one fourth of the Ballroom). The Tenaja Room has windows looking out onto the Pacific Crest Lodge outdoor Patio. To enter the Tenaja Room, walk through the Modjeska Lounge and turn left.
Palomar Room encompasses one half of the carpeted portion of the Ballroom (one fourth of the Ballroom). The Palomar Room has no windows and is accessed from the Lobby of the Lodge.
Hardwood Floor Area of the Ballroom encompasses half of the Ballroom and is typically used for dancing and ping pong.
Overhead Projector is available to all residents with approval from the Activities Manager. Users must schedule an appointment at the Lifestyles Desk for instructions on use of this equipment.
Use of the Ballroom facilities by guests includes only the Ballroom itself and adjacent restrooms.
If the Sierra Ballroom is not scheduled for use, residents are welcome to set up and use the Ping Pong tables in the Sierra Ballroom on a first come first served basis. Note that after 7:00pm you will need your proximity card to gain entry to the Lodge.
