The facilities of Trilogy at Glen Ivy are for the use of its residents and invited guests. Some facilities, such as the Ballroom, may be rented to outside parties for events such as weddings or birthdays. Private use of the Ballroom by Owners, Residents and the Public is subject to availability. Owners and residents are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. Use of the Ballroom facilities by guests includes only the Ballroom itself and adjacent restrooms.
